Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduation Year: 2022 or earlier pass-outs only
2. Any Graduate (Preferably B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc – IT/CS background)
3. Must have training or hands-on knowledge in Java, Python, or any programming language
4. Good understanding of OOPS concepts and coding fundamentals
5. Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
6. Willing to commit to a 2-year service agreement
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Undergo structured Salesforce training
2. Work on Salesforce customization and development (Apex, LWC, Integrations)
3. Develop and maintain scalable applications
4. Participate in code reviews and testing
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live projects
Training & Compensation Details
1. Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of professional Salesforce training
2. During training period, a stipend of ₹10,000 per month will be provided
3. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be offered a full-time position with 4 LPA CTC
4. Candidates must sign a 2-year service agreement (bond) after selection
