Job Description:
- Understand and analyze the current business processes
- Facilitate discussions with Client SMEs and onsite counterparts
- Responsible for functional requirements gathering for Field Service application
- Write Functional Specifications/ Acceptance Criteria
- Map Business Requirements with SFDC and Salesforce Field Service functionalities
- Act as liaison between business and development team
- Work closely with development team and QA team
- Conduct Sprint Demos.
