Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HTML/CSS Developer with 2 years of experience to join
our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development
fundamentals, with a focus on creating visually appealing and responsive web designs. You will
work closely with designers and backend developers to bring web projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web pages
using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
● Translate design wireframes into high-quality, functional web pages.
● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for maximum speed and
scalability.
● Collaborate with the design and backend teams to create cohesive and effective web
projects.
● Implement and adhere to SEO best practices in web development.
● Debug and troubleshoot issues across various browsers and devices.
● Update and maintain existing websites to improve usability and performance.
● Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends to ensure best
practices are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience: 2 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
development.
● Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 including experience with preprocessors like SASS or
LESS.
● Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
● Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
● Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
● Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
● Familiarity with web development tools such as Chrome Developer Tools.
● Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design and user experience.
● Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. will be bonus
● Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
● Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
● Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
● Familiarity with SEO and best practices in web development.
CTC-
2 years of experience = 25k per month
3 years of experience = 30 k per month
Fresher = 10-15 k based on interviews
