Position:- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Total experience:- 3 years
Location:- Pune, Maharashtra
Position Type:- Full-time
Shift:- 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Responsibilities:-
– Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements,
including security, entities, forms, workflows and plugins
– Develop and deploy plugins, workflows and web resources to extend the functionality of
Dynamics 365 CE
– Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL
packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system
-Manage CRM solution deployments and updates
– Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations within
the CRM system.
– Train end-users on the effective use of Dynamics CRM features and functionalities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate
requirements into technical solutions.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of CRM
customizations.
– Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions, including
troubleshooting and issue resolution.
– Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and
recommend best practices for system optimization.
– Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations as needed.
Skills & Experience:-
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
– Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration, including entities,
forms, workflows, and plugins.
– Experience working across modules such as Sales and Service within Dynamics CRM.
– Knowledge of CRM best practices, methodologies, and design patterns.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification(s) is a plus.
Highly Desired Skills:-
– .Net, HTML, C#, CSS and javascript
– Dynamics 365 CRM Customizations & Development
– Power Platform Development Experience
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
