Hiring for Oracle SCM Functional Consultant!!!!

Location : Baner, Pune 

We are seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with 0-5 years of
experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Oracle Applications E-Business Suite SCM and the ability to work on
implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
Responsibilities:
 Collect and analyze business requirements for the SCM department of the
customer
 Assist in the design, demonstration, development, testing, and implementation
of Oracle SCM modules according to business requirements
 Write business requirement documents and other functional-related
documentation
 Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions
 Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns
 Ensure project deliverables meet customer specifications
 Resolve Oracle-related queries and issues for the customer in a timely
manner
 Provide ERP functional consulting and training at customer sites
 Provide suggestions to configure Oracle applications for optimum utilization
 Collaborate with different tracks and teams to provide a holistic solution
 Work with the documentation team to develop user guides and training
materials
 Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules
Requirements:
 Experience in Oracle Applications E-Business Suite SCM
 Worked on at least one implementation, upgrade, roll-out, or support project
 Process and setup knowledge of P2P, RTV, O2C, RMA, IR-ISO, Back-to-
Back, and Drop Shipment
 Accounting knowledge of SCM business flows
 Good knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management setups
 Knowledge of System Administrator tasks related to Menus/Functions,
Responsibilities, Users, etc.
 Involvement in the Go-live Phase and support at the ERP life cycle
implementation, covering requirements, setups, testing, user training, and
post-implementation support

 Experience working on integrations with other modules
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
 Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and fluctuating
operational workloads
 Self-motivated, decisive, and able to adapt to change and competing
demands
 Good troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving
 Working knowledge of Data Grooming and Data conversion
 Basic knowledge of financial modules
 Knowledge of Inventory Reconciliation
Qualifications:
 B.Tech/BE/MCA/MBA
