- Location: Pune, India
Skills required :
- Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ & Identity Security Cloud
- 2+ years of direct experience with IDM/IAM/IGA disciplines including RBAC, managed workflows, and task auditability
- Performs primary responsibilities on one or more large projects independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate issues and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- General knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and principles.
- Knowledge of federated identity systems, directory services, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.).
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Government, Energy, Healthcare) and familiarity with compliance obligations required to participate in such a field.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or other server-side scripting technologies.
- Desired skills:
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity IQ and IAM concepts
Programming skills (e.g., Java, Python)
Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
Understanding of security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
