Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–6 years of experience to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce configuration, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

2. Customize Salesforce using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and declarative tools

3. Implement business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes

4. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

5. Develop and maintain workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules

6. Perform data migration and integration using tools like Data Loader

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications

8. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

9. Ensure best practices, security standards, and code quality

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in Salesforce development

2. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL

3. Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

4. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience

5. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Flows, Validation Rules)

6. Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations

7. Understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)

8. Experience with data migration and data management

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

1. Experience with Salesforce integrations (ERP, SAP, external systems)

2. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

3. Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)

4. Familiarity with Agile methodology

5. Experience with Salesforce DX

6. Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field

2. 2–6 years of Salesforce development experience

3. Salesforce certifications are preferred
