– Position: Software Trainee (PHP, React Native, QA, BA, ROR depending on candidate’s fitment).
– The company reserves the right to discontinue the candidate’s training without prior notice if the candidate’s performance doesn’t meet expectations.
– For the first year INR 15,000 per month will be paid as a stipend and it may be dependent on the performance or assessments. After one year, the company will evaluate the candidate’s performance and revise the stipend between INR 16000 to INR 20000 per month.
– Commitment to work for 2 years as we will be investing in your training, in the event of the consultant leaving the services of the company either during the period of training or before completing 24 months of service, the consultant shall be liable to pay to the company as damages INR 2,00,000 (Indian rupees two lakhs) which the company will incur on the training.
– Candidates must keep educational certificates with the company during the contract period of 2 years.
