Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

·        Ability to manage a variety of technically complicated tasks effectively
·        Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards.
·        Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment.
·        Experience in Remote support and troubleshooting skills.
·        Understanding of Basics Hardware accessories / devices and peripherals

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•                  Minimum 65% marks throughout in academics.

•                  Applicants with Professional Degree having sound technology knowledge.

•                  Basic Understanding of the Enterprise IT Infra set up
•                  Understanding multiple versions of operating system, which include WIN 7, WIN 8, Win 10.
•                  Strong knowledge on Windows server operating systems Windows 2012/2016
•                  Knowledge on virtualization tools like VM ware, HyperV etc..
•                  Understand of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS , Google cloud etc..
•                  Managing and ensuring availability of Office365 services
•                  Knowledge on MS Office suite (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint etc..)
•                  Basic O365 Administration using Office365 Admin Console.
•                  Strong writing and documentation skills a must including being able to train other Engineers as and when required.
•                  Office 365 and related technologies including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and MS Teams.
•                  Strong organization and communications skills; must clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to team, customers, and management.
•                  Utility software technical knowledge such as Antivirus and others.
•                  Demonstrate a high level of customer relationship skills which includes email etiquette.
•                  Good understanding in handling Microsoft office suite functionality and troubleshooting skills.
•                  Strong Knowledge about Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and how it works.
•                  Excellent Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
•                  Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills on workstations/client and server and business

applications.

Preferred SkillsCertification: MCSA/MCSE, VMware
