Job Title:  Sales Executive
Department:  Sales
Location:  Pune

Responsibilities:

Responsible for new client acquisition in the market segments based on
agreed business plan
 Implementation and management of sales forecasting, planning, and
budgeting processes
 Provide sales leadership to the assigned territory or a client set.
 Responsible for achieving annual sales target including TCV and recurring
Annual revenue ACV
 Partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process
improvement.
 Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales
organization by ensuring compliance to the defined sales process.
 Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the
sales organization.
 Demonstrates strong sales and relationship skills in the enterprise
segment for IT solutions /platforms
 Strong network with clients and CIOs, demonstrates deep understanding
of the industry – Banking, FSS, others
 Assertive sales behavior especially in fighting competition
 Very strong negotiation skills and influencing ability
 Technology awareness of AI, Automation, and Analytics etc. is not
mandatory but preferred.

Required Education Experience Skill:

● Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree & MBA.
● Fresher with a good academic record
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Creative & Analytical ability.
● Relationship building/Networking skill with clients
● Willingness to learn from Industry Stalwarts
