Job Requirement for Support Engineers

We are looking for 10 profiles for Support Engineers between the below experience range:-
a) 1 yrs to 3 yrs- Junior Level -total position 3
b) 3yr to 6yr -Mid-level,- total position 4
c)  6 to 8yr -Sr. Level- total position 3
The job description is given below:-
● Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
● Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint
● Recover deleted items in a user’s mailbox
● Configure Archiving and Deletion Policies
● Configure Anti-Spam protection
● Supporting and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
● Maintenance of existing client SharePoint sites and subsites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
● Administration and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
● Troubleshooting Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software
● Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools
● Providing end-user support for all PC based hardware, applications and services
● New user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, software, telephone services, network printing, etc.
● Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure
● Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting.
