Job Description:-

Job Brief
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for all levels of phone, remote, email and onsite
support to Customer Service Engineers and customers on troubleshooting and diagnosis to
resolution. We need strong enterprise level repair troubleshooting experience with servers, storage,
Client and Consumer System.
Responsibilities
▪ Responsible for helping L1/ Front Agent for any Query/ case.
▪ Responsible to take correct action on assign task/work to maintain Accuracy
▪ Work closely with L1/ Front Agent to ensure that we are delivering overall superior service
and support to our customers.
▪ Responsible to Provide first and second-level telephone Technical Support wherever
required.
▪ Identify and prepare parts for dispatch to site or to engineers.
▪ Manage L1 Engineer productivity to ensure that the customers are receiving the quality
support that they deserve.
▪ Provide phone / offline / Remote support service to meet 24×7 SLA.
▪ Ensure all calls / cases are closed within SLA.
▪ Provide reports if required.
▪ College degree or equivalent technical experience.
▪ Looking for individuals strong in enterprise level repair troubleshooting with servers,
storage, tape libraries, disk arrays in a large data centre environment. Break/fix skills on Dell.
▪ Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills, and persistence in problem solving.
▪ Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think about complex problems and come up with
better solutions.
▪ Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Expert in Hardware Computer hardware components, hands on experience with the latest
tools and applications used.
▪ Should have good MS Office Knowledge
▪ Willing to work in shifts and over the weekend.
▪ 5 working days however the 2-week offs will be as per the roster.

Please note that the process is 24/7 support and employees will have to work from office. Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts including Sat & Sun. The week offs will be decided basis the roster and process.

We are looking for freshers-Graduate/10+2 diploma holders/Post graduates who are ready to join us on immediate basis.
