multi-site environments (VPN, DNS/DHCP. firewalls, layer2/3
switches, network monitoring SonicWall, Cisco}

: Additional responsibilities will include day-to-day operations of
servers, applications, and networks, as well as user support as
3+ years experience working as a Technical Support engineer, preferably with international customers.
* Fiexible to work in in 24/7 environment.
» Become the Technical‘ Gperations advisor for our Partner.
: Converse with the Partner and their members on a day-to-day basis.
«Will be required to co-ordinate with various depot. in the NOC and Partner teams and coordinate/escalate, as necessary.
© Will require to use tools that would facilitate co-ordination with NOC – ITS Portal, PSA Access, Office 365, Skype, Slack, or any other tools.
* Day- to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the sites ailotted for by the Partner.
» Resolving tecHnical issues and other problems that may arise.
‘Work with other partners/tools that the Partner uses for any support/escalations.
