Opening for Servicenow Fresher/Experienced level candidates who have been trained in ServiceNow
Immediate Requirement for March 1st.
• Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications(Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request) within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use.
• Strong knowledge of developing the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures..
• Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.
• Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance.
• Strong understanding of development components like Inbound/Outbound Email Notifications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies, UI Actions etc.
• Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets, REST/SOAP integrations
• (Added Advantage) Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
Administrative Skills :
• Ability to carry out ServiceNow performance troubleshooting activities
• Effective in finding the root cause to bugs and proposing fixes on the ServiceNow platform
• Applying ServiceNow configuration and customization best practices that ensure for a stable and performing platform
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model (including task hierarchy, CMDB, user, groups, roles and data relationships)
