Course Refund | Cancellation | Re-Attempt Policy
Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses
As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Radical Technologies website you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy .
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: ONLINE & CLASSROOM LEARNING
Radical Technologies, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)
The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online OR classroom training and have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
Refund is not possible , if you have attended the Demo and trainer is allotted to you
No refund will be provided on discounted courses and partial payments
No refund will be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule, then no refund will be provided.
With all above condition applied , Candidate can raise refund request within 7 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Managment will take decision on the refund request and that will be the final decision.
In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded. Any facility charges will be deducted . Any Software Charges and Trainer Hiring charges will be deducted .
If the learners want to re-attended the online instructor led classes for the purchased course and if there is no availability of the batch with the same trainer from which the student took the sessions before, then in that case no refund will be allowed . Repetition will be allowed for those who informed Radical Technologies in written email ,regarding the repetition. Management will approve the repetition of the course taken if the repetition asked due to valid reason , by emailing to training department .
In Case , if any student wants to repeat the session with same trainer, Student should send email to training@radicaltechnologies.
If due to any technical reason from learners side and learners are not able to access the self-paced videos or class recordings and already attended the complete course through instructor led online classes then in that case no refund is applicable
Note: All refunds will be processed within 20 working days of receipt of the refund request.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: SELF PACED LEARNING
No refund will be done for Self Paced courses.
No refund will be provided and access will be revoked , If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.
Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party , the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Pune (Maharashtra). All and any disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Pune (Maharashtra), India

- You may not reproduce, share, or resell any content.
- Access to LMS or recorded sessions is limited and may be revoked for violation of terms.

- Maintain respectful communication with trainers and peers
- Avoid misuse of online platforms or content
Radical Technologies reserves the right to terminate access in cases of misconduct or breach.
- Job Assistance
We offer career guidance and job interview support as a value-added service. However, we do not guarantee placements.
- Termination
Radical Technologies reserves the right to discontinue services or refuse enrollment in case of violation of terms, disruptive behavior, or non-payment.
