- Certifications to have (Any one):
- Redhat Certified
- System Administrator Certification
- Microsoft System Administrator certification
- Operating Level Certifications
- Certifications on Cloud Technologies is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with senior staff to gain insights into system administration and network management.
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
– Engage in hands-on training programs to develop proficiency in VMware, Linux, and Windows technologies.
– Contribute to implementing security protocols and participate in patch management activities.
– Support the documentation of infrastructure processes and best practices.
– Assist in managing data storage, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
– Gain familiarity with identity and access management practices.
– Explore the integration of IT infrastructure with cloud computing platforms.
– Develop strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and end-users.
– Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
– A strong interest in IT infrastructure and technology.
– Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
– Good communication skills to interact within a team environment.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technological landscapes.
– Familiarity with VMware, Linux, or Windows systems is a plus.
– Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
– Any relevant certifications or coursework in IT is beneficial, but not mandatory.
