Some of the employment terms for hiring fresher candidates are:
- Must be Graduate Fresher(BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or IT, BCA/MCA, BSc IT/MSc IT) 2021-2023 Passouts Only.
- Must be available in Bengaluru to take Face to Face Interview.
- 2.5 years bond period with Data Template Infotech Private Limited.
- Starting pay will be ₹15,000/- per month for 6 months which will be the Training Period.
- After 6 months the compensation will be revised to ₹20,000/- per month.
- Yearly appraisals will be applicable on the work performance as per Company standards.
Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design,develop,implement and sustain web based application
- communicate with technical team and on technical groups on a regular basis as part of software /project development and support
- understands scalable design patterns and coding best practices
- Implement new software functionality using state of the art industry standard frameworks
- Analysing system requirements and delegating development tasks
- writing scalable code for .Net software applications
Technical Skill set
- Strong understanding of structure and logic of object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of SOLID design principles
- Good Knowledge on the HTML and CSS
- Proficiency with C# or SQL Server,with a familiarity of its coding environment
