Job Profile for MDM Analyst Key responsibilities:
• Material record creation in SAP Modules
• Product data Enrichment for SAP modules
• Data Analysis – Finding discrepancies/deviations from product master data standards
• Report Creation & explanation of data discrepancies, with customers
• Following SLAs agreed as per the business requirements
• Communicating with stakeholders via email, telephone, VC, etc.
• Ensure to adhere Control Guidelines
• Understanding the requirement of Master Data Management for Products (MDM)
• Product data cleanup, mapping, enrichment & globalization
• Consolidating all the deliverables
• Performing quality checks of all the team deliverables
• Understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas
• Analytically solve methodical problem
• Maintain a process orientation mindset and customer satisfaction attitude
• Efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders of the progress
• Working within a multicultural environment
• Achieving agreed KPI results on the above tasks. Communication:
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Timely Follow Ups on tasks from respective clients
• Taking ownership of the deliverables
• Adhere to the timelines
• Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and “can do approach and attitude.
