Ø Centrally manage SSO access to all the AWS accounts and cloud applications
Ø Good knowledge in AD, DHCP, DNS, VMware, Citrix and UCS
Ø Good understanding on Linux server architecture and hands on experience in server administration and tools
Ø Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments.
Ø Maintenance, upgrade of existing applications.
Ø Hands-on experience as an linux Admin, working experience with Linux Suse and Redhat Enterprise.
Ø Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.
Ø Good knowledge with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc
Ø Working with SSH, Port enablement and firewalls.
Ø Good knowledge about LVM and disk management.
Ø Managing the Calls like production Node, System Down
Ø File system corruption on production server and production major H/W failure
Ø Daily Health checks, Planning and implementing fixes, Patches and OS upgrades.
Ø Act on Day to Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts
Ø Work with Change & Problem Management Tools
Ø Create regular reports for Management requirements
Ø Experience on cloud servers would be an added advantage
|Planned Roles and Responsibilities:
· Team Member required to support migration projects of Global IT Infrastructure (24×7) and services
· Incident resolution using SOP and required to prepare WI
· Follow the event management processes as defined
· Incident recording, Validation and Qualification
· Bridge opening/handling and coordination with Service Owners and stakeholders as per the list provided
· Timely acknowledgement, ticket update, notification and tracking of the incidents including the critical incidents
· Willing to work rotating shifts including night shifts (Compulsory)
|Education, Skill, and Experience Requirements:
Ø A Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology
Ø RHCSA & Cloud certification
Ø Excellent skills in MS office for Infrastructure Landscape.
Ø Good Communication, reporting and presentation skills.
Ø Good to have Migration knowledge of IT Infrastructure projects
