Responsibilities

Provide support to Email operations process
-
Monitor and manage mail queue priorities
-
Maintain reputation of IPs.- Change blacklisted IPs, Monitor bounces, Monitor Spam Complaints
-
Check for email deliverability
-
Understand and set DNS for clients
-
Email server Queue Management.
-
Provide support to the client facing team for email delivery queries.
-
Should be able to work with limited supervision under tight time constraints with changing requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following
-
Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in computers
-
Experience of 0 To 1 Year, Freshers allowed.

Knowledge of back end business processes is a plus.

Excellent communication, writing and verbal skills.

Knowledge of Linux is a plus
