Responsible for delivering necessary requested PLM and Project Management 1st level application support at
different locations within Brose group.
Specific duties and responsibilities

1. Provide L1 support for PLM applications.
2. Study and Analyze business processes and support user requirements.
3. Create training documents in the English language
4. Do quality test of predefined tools and methods (e.g., perform integration tests based on test plans)
5. Prepare data for MIS reports
8. Data management activities (Engineering change management, PM, etc.)
9. Incident management, Change management and IT Configuration management as per defined processes
10. Working on other duties, tasks, based upon business requirements.
Scope of authority
Application and IT Administration, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, etc.…in line with the above duties and
