Job Description
Post: IT Support Trainee
Salary: 15,000 stipend per month (no deductions) for first 6 months of training period. 3-4 LPA will be offered after 6 months post completion of training.
Employee Agreement: Employee has to sign a bond for 2 years and submit all his educational documents.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Work Environment: Work From office from Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Interview: Offline or Online (Technical + HR)
Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:
•Responding to user issues raised from Ticketing Tool.
•Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
•Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
•Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
•Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
•Asset Management
•Coordinating with Vendors including Dell for Hardware Supplies
•Purchase Management
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
•Trainee Desktop / Network Engineer
•Knowledge of computer hardware systems, memory modules, and peripherals.
•Good Communication Skills
