Job Profile
We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Support Engineer in a technical
operations role. If you always strive towards a sustainable, scalable and secure platform,

Responsibilities
Provisioning of RPA BOT Machines, Windows Accounts for BOTs, and Identity
management for Bots
Setup and Configurations of UIPATH and related tools (like Ultra VNC, etc) including
Client Applications (such as Cirtix, Remote Desktop GUI, etc) for Process Automations
Network Connectivity setup with target applications
Patching and Upgrades of UIPATH Application Server and related tools
Quarterly Vulnerabilities Assessment including Vulnerabilities Fixes and Cybersecurity
compliance
Dev, Test & Production BOT Allocations including Optimal Scheduling of Processes
Create & Maintain scripts needed for Process Monitoring, Logz Dashboards, Run-time
resource & License optimization
Production Releases and Dry runs support
Provide technical software support, including investigating and qualifying operations
bugs, and maintaining accurate documentation
Provides mentoring and guidance to junior RPA Ops engineers and monitoring team
Requirements and Skill
4+ years of RPA Operations experience on UIPATH.
Must have experience in Excel & Microsoft Office suite automation.
Must have experience in File level automation.
Must have experience in Robotic Enterprise Framework.
Should be good in understanding the Documentation of process
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology
Good Experience in SQL scripting
Good Understanding of exception handling best practices in an RPA environment
Must have good experience & worked in HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective team member and capable of self-directed work
Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables
Willingness to work odd hours and on weekends as needed
Should have a good UIpath troubleshooting skills.
