Job Roles & Responsibility
· ERP database server and Application server.
· Hardware & Networking, desktop, .Net, server,
· Understanding business processes and mapping with ERP systems. Coordination with ERP vendor’s daily basis for problem solving.
· Users’ configuration in ERP.
· Day to day support to ERP users.
· ERP end user training as and when required.
· Reports design and configuration.
· Support for customized software.
· Managing all backups
· Email: Users creation and related activities.
· Maintaining company Networks and coordination with vendors for problem solutions.
· Backup Management.
· Internet and Conferencing solution support.
· Firewall Management.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
