Job Description:
- Project implementation and support for Avaya projects
- Work in team environment and manage an array of technical issues for all customers.
- Participate in all team meetings and provide installation and onsite support to all customers and resolve all issues effectively and within timeframe.
- Identify and resolve all infrastructure issues for equipment and software and monitor effective deployment of customers.
- Knowledge and experience with network technologies and protocol, firewalls system, routing & switching, proxies, gateways, IP addressing and VoIP.
- Knowledge on windows and Linux OS is must.
- Basic Working knowledge of VMware environments, clustering and storage solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Language.
- Willing to Travel on site
- Certification: CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, CEH Certification / Equivalent EH Certification
- Good to have Knowledge on Python and Shell Scripting
