Job Location: Pune
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business
Analyst. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals
with limited work experience to develop essential skills in the field of business analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and elicit requirements from stakeholders using various techniques like
interviews, brainstorming, document analysis, workshops, interface analysis,
observation, etc.
Understand As-is processes, current system study and identify high level process/
system changes.
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare wireframes and flow charts.
Work closely with project managers to prepare project plans/task trackers and
prioritize requirements.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide
necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
Perform functional testing for the applications developed and report issues.
Able to identify change requests and get them approved from client.
Manage change requests ensuring appropriate documentation, testing.
Help client in conducting UAT, train users (end and key users) and prepare training
material.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data
sets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively
convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders along with good
presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
Enthusiastic approach towards learning and a proactive approach to personal and
professional development.
