Position: Customer Care Executive (Tech Support)

Job Description:
 Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions
 Promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.
 Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time
 Identify Potential Issues & give quick solutions for it
 Conduct online training sessions for the Clients.
 Conduct online / onsite New Installations
 Provide Online and offline support to our customers via available resources
 Perform Activation/Deactivation of subscriptions & handle other technical Issues

Tech Skills Requirements:
 Working knowledge of basic network configuration
 Working Knowledge of all types of IT Hardware and Software

Other requirements:
 Fluent & Soft communication
 Ready to learn new technologies on his own
 Ready to travel across the country, if required
