Job Role:- System Engineer
Nature of job:- 24/7 rotational shifts.
Client:- Infosys BPM, Pune Hinjewadi Phase 2
Experience:- 0 to 1 Year
CTC:- 17K Gross Salary (12K in hand approx.)
JD for Desktop Support L1
- Support Desktop / Laptop for Win 10 OS and Office applications (MS Office)
- Win 10, installation, configuration, trouble shooting.
- Install the standard software on the clients
- Support for MS Outlook configuration
- Update AV and Microsoft patches
- Troubleshoot Basic LAN issues
- IP address, IP conflicts, able to differentiate the required network from the others
- Wireless LAN ; DHCP set up
- Perform: Install, Move, Add or Change (IMAC) at the desktop level
- Attach desktops to AD domain
- Printer, Scanner L1 related issues
- In case of hardware problem, escalate the hardware problems to vendors.
- Log incidents in AHD Tool for the cases received on phone and email.
- Prioritize the incidents, based on severity.
- Monitor AHD tool for open incidents.
- Perform activities necessary for the immediate short-term resolution of incidents and service requests so that users can resume their work as rapidly as possible
- Should be flexible to work on any assigned task i.e. System Readiness OR Security Compliance OR Asset Maintenance etc.
