Preparation of layout & equipment drawings
• Detailing of P&I drawings
• Finalization and detailed Equipment layout
• Piping Layout & drawings
• Generating bill of material for piping installation
1. Responsible for all type Tank related pre-project work and costing.
2. Responsible for tank fabrication detail drawing
3. Responsible for support to pre-project work tank drawing.
4. Responsible for fabrication for new development work.
5. Responsible for checking all tank detail drawing.
6. Responsible for resolve the query come from factory.
7. Responsible for coordination with site engineer.
8. Responsible for tank raw material planning.
9. Responsible for all platform related work ( drawing , checking , BOM , material planning ).
10. Responsible for tank and platform as built drawing.
11. Responsible for checking tank & platform as built BOM for costing purpose.
14. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirement
15. Responsible for monitoring Department objectives monthly and initiate corrective actions if require
16. Lead Continual improvement project identified by the Management
17.Responsible for reporting ,monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
18. Responsible for update all activity to respective person.
19. If required travel to vendor or site.
Responsible for identifying Env. Aspects and impact.
• Responsible for identifying Hazards and Risk.
• Responsible for Legal Compliances.
• Responsible for following instructions during emergency at Office and
Suppliers.
• Responsible for identify hazardous waste & disposal of hazardous waste (if applicable)
