Location: – Chennai, India (Hybrid- Work from Home and on site)
Key Responsibilities: –
1.Technical Leadership: –
Provide technical leadership to the AI/ML development team.
Define the technical direction for projects in alignment with overall company goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, driving innovation in AI/ML technologies.
2. Team Management: –
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI/ML student developers.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to student
team members.
3. Technical Expertise: –
Design and implement AI/ML solutions, utilizing modern development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements.
Ensure adherence to coding standards through thorough code reviews.
Strong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.
Expertise in Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition and Algorithms.
Experience in programming with Tensorflow and PyTorch
Strong Hands-on experience in C++ and Python
Experience in Deep learning and computer vision (object detection, segmentation,
etc.) is required.
Experience in Computer Vision and familiarity with techniques such as 3D SLAM, and
point cloud mapping is highly preferable.
Qualifications: –
Proven experience in technology leadership roll within the aviation or related
industry
In Depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
Strong background in designing and managing IT network infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience in implementing remote work solutions and managing
distributed teams.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire and drive
innovation.
Educations: –
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
