Hiring for Junior Software Developer
Job Location: Kolhapur
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with senior developers to analyze user requirements and design software solutions.
•Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as C, C++, Core
Java, or C#.Net.
•Implement web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and have a basic
understanding of React or Angular frameworks.
•Work with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL to create and maintain
databases, write queries, and perform data manipulation tasks.
•Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall Model, including
requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
•Participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of software components.
•Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and contribute to
innovative solutions.
•Adhere to coding standards, documentation practices, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
••Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as C, C++, Core Java, or C#.Net.
•Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
•Basic understanding of React or Angular frameworks is a plus.
•Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS.
•Familiarity with the Waterfall Model and understanding of the SDLC.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
•Prior experience or internships in software development projects is desirable but not mandatory.
