Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Trainee

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Trainee. The candidate will undergo training to become proficient in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Learn to analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
- Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
- Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, functionalities, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management).
- Basic understanding of business processes related to finance and accounting.
Training Program: The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program covering Oracle Fusion Financials modules, business processes, and implementation best practices. The training will be conducted by experienced professionals in the field.
Career Path: Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-fledged Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant role within the organization.
