Hiring for Production Support Engineer!!!
Location:Pune
Responsibilities & KPIs
• Support trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis.
• Provide L1 support during business hours of operation and off hour production
emergencies.
• Develop code updates to fix reported defects.
• Work independently to be able to communicate effectively with users, and
development & support teams during downtimes and when there are questions or
issues to be addressed.
• Follow established set of processes while handling issues and for proper escalation of
unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks – incidents, problem tickets, etc.
• Adhere to the defined support delivery process/guidelines like Problem.
Desired Skills
• Graduate in any stream.
• Good understanding of any RDBMS preferably postgres.
• Good to have experience in writing SQL queries with joins, aggregations, analytical
functions.
• Good communication skills.
• Hands on experience on DW and BI projects (preferred on postgres/AWS Redshift)

• Role is based out of Bajaj Markets Head office in Pune
