Hiring For Professional Services Engineer!!!
Skills:
➢ Excellent communication skills
➢ Excellent team player and should be able to work in an open environment
➢ You should be an expert in Linux and Networking
➢ You should have knowledge of scripting in Python / Shell or any other scripting language
➢ Exposure to VOIP protocols like SIP/RTP/RTCP/SRTP etc. would be a definite plus
➢ Exposure to different virtualization technologies and different cloud platforms and
corresponding management tools would be an added advantage
➢ Certifications done on Linux and Networking would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
➢ Understanding the customer requirements and accordingly plan and propose customer
deployments
➢ Preparing for customer deployments starting with Preparing VMs, OS Installation, Orchid
software installation etc.
➢ Hand-holding customer for training, configurations, and initial end-to-end setup
➢ Answering post deployment technical queries and debugging production issues raised by
customer and getting them resolved with engineering wherever needed
➢ Working with engineering team for providing RCAs for issues whenever demanded by
customer
➢ You should be available for on-call support for any urgent escalations from customers
➢ And Most Important: You should be a warrior, thriving for customer satisfaction, happiness
and success 🙂
Must Skills & qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science – 2020/2021/2022 pass outs only
- CCNA Trained/Certified
- RedHat Trained/Certified
