Hiring for RHEL System Engineer!!!
Location: Bangalore (On site)
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers, pre-sales, and support teams to provide technical expertise
and support during the sales and delivery process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and operation of
the cloud infrastructure solutions on 24×7 basis.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the cloud infrastructure
solutions and customer configurations.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance and support to customers
on cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies related to
REDHAT service portfolios and allied cloud infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications:
• Freshers Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
