Hiring for Sales Support
Location :Chennai ,India ( Hybrid- Work from Home and on site)
Responsibilities that can be remotely supported in sales are: –
• Maintain and update market databases.
• Track fleet changes and relevant contacts list on Salesforce
• Upload and update status on Salesforce opportunities
• Update contacts list and opportunities on Salesforce
• Generate monthly reports on market coverage and share.
• Consolidate and maintain requests from Sales team abroad.
• Deploy call and email initial contact campaigns and new markets/regions.
Required knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies include but are not limited to…
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace or Industrial preferred), Project
Management, Financial Engineering, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience with CFM56 product line and knowledge of the assembly/disassembly
process (Mandatory)
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce tools and analytics (Mandatory)
• Be prepared to travel and represent the company for initial contact campaigns.
• Demonstrates exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong consulting/negotiation skills with the capacity to deliver superior customer
service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate discretion, fairness, and a
persuasive, congenial personality – able to maintain synergy with the department.
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with flexible work style
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and personal integrity
• Demonstrates proficiency with MS Office, i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Language – English, business proficiency
