Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities:
Min 10+ Years of experience as SAP HCM Functional Consultant of which min 6+ years as SAP Success Factors Functional consultant Preferably SAP Certified in Success Factors Performance Management & Goal Management, Compensation, Career Development & Planning, Employee Central Payroll, Employee central and Onboarding 2.0
Expertise on Functional configuration of Performance and Goal Management, Career Development plan and Mentoring, Succession and Analytics & Reporting
Expertise on Functional configuration of Compensation which includes worksheets, uploads of employee data into compensation and compensation reports
Functional configuration of SAP HR module using ASAP methodology with emphasis on Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management (TM)
Client facing exposure in SAP HCM implementation and Roll-outs across Affiliates.
Experience in End-to-End Implementation Projects and Support Projects of SAP HCM and Successfactors.
Experience in the development of Business Process model, end user training, and documentation.
Experience in analyzing business requirements for design and coordination with Technical development team for customization and implementation of the SAP R/3 system.
Excellent communication, Problem solving Skills, Team Player, very good client facing skills along with ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines. Experience in ABAP Debugging.
Working knowledge of CPI (cloud platform integration) (Highly desired)
SAP SF Implementation & Application Maintenance Experience:
Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.
Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.
Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.
Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios,
Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,
Master Data collection and purification.
Transport of final configuration to production server.
Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.
