Stipend during Training INR : 10,000-15000(B.Tech,M.Tech,MCA, BCA,B.SC,M.SC)
CTC on Confirmation(On successful completion of Training) : 2.65LPA-4LPA(B.Tech,M.Tech,MCA, BCA,B.SC,M.SC)
Appraisal cycle: Annual with an increment up to 20%
Agreement Period: 3 Years post training period
Recovered training cost if agreement period is not completed 3 LPA, Market cost of training

Remote working : Only candidates who perform well during training and show promise to work remotely can be given the option to work remotely post successful completion of training.
Other Criteria: No Active backlogs.
Good performance in the first month will be the key to unlock doors for further training.
If Someone doesn’t perform in first month; he/she will not be even trained further.
Strong knowledge on one or more programming languages- C / C++ / Java, HTML, CSS, Python
Strong communication skills both written and verbal and a pleasing personality.
Thorough knowledge of the project done during college / outside
