Below are the Terms and Conditions:
– 3 to 6 months of the training period with full-time presence.
– Strong communication skills
– Follow company rules and regulations.
– The company can assess the performance of the candidate at any time during the training period.
– The company reserves the right to discontinue the candidate’s training without prior notice if the candidate’s performance doesn’t meet expectations.
– For the first year INR 15,000 per month will be paid as a stipend and it may be dependent on the performance or assessments. After one year, the company will evaluate the candidate’s performance and revise the stipend between INR 16000 to INR 20000 per month.
