Job Opening for the post : Senior Design Engineer
Qualifications: Mechanical Engineer, B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical
Total positions: 03
Experience: 2+ years of industrial experience in Design, Project, Manufacturing & Production Engineering.
Salary: 25k- 30 k
Software proficiency: Solid-edge, Auto Cad, 2D, 3 D Drawings Reading and Understanding
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with multiple documentation and project decision making ability, leadership skill, team handling
- Detail knowledge of Solid -edge and AutoCAD is must.
3.Should have the depth knowledge of Fabrication in Stainless steel and machining.
4. Daily reporting and updates to be sent
5. Preferred from pharma machine manufacturing background, capable of machine customization etc, good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and controls. In depth knowledge of CAPA (correction and preventive actions), quality by design.
6.Preparation of Details Layout 3 D , Convert same to part drawing for manufacturing and Purchase Actions .
- Making necessary calculation for ensuring that design meets functional requirements as per scope of supply.
- Continuous Improvements to be done in design for optimization, Value Engg. Cost Reduction, Standardization etc .
- Strive Towards Error Free Design and carry out Improvements bases from other Functions and Customers.
- Preparation of Documentation Such as Interaction Manuals etc.
11.. Co-Ordinate with electrical Design for communicating requirements of related assemblies
- Preparation of BOM, entering same in ERP
13.Support for Technical Proposals for enquiries and also, estimate for same
- Coordination between internal stake holders such as production, purchase, quality, stores, sales & control for smooth manufacturing processes
