Hiring for Solution Architect !!!!

Location- Remote

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related   field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Solution Designer/Architect           
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level software solutions, with a deep understanding of API design and architecture, database design, software development methodologies, and agile development practices                                                                    
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentations Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities:1. Requirements Analysis:
    a. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business/product requirements           and  objectives.
    b. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

    2. Solution Design:
    a. Develop and design IT solutions/products that address business challenges and align with
    organizational goals.
    b. Create detailed specifications, including system architecture, high level data models, and
    process flows.
    c. Consider scalability, performance, security, and usability in the design process.

    3. Technology Evaluation:
    a. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to solve business
    problems and new product features.
    b. Evaluate third-party solutions and make recommendations for technology adoption and   feature additions.

    4. Collaboration:
    a. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical architects,       and  project managers.
    b. Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of                     systems    and  components.

    5. Prototyping and Testing:
    a. Develop prototypes or proofs of concept to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of
    proposed solutions.
    b. Conduct testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance
    standards.

    6. Documentation:
    a. Create comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the solution, including high      level  design documents and requirement documents.

    7. Communication:

    a. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear           and  understandable manner.
    b. Present design proposals and recommendations to management and other relevant
    stakeholders.

    8. Project Management:
    a. Work with project managers to integrate solution design activities into overall                    project plans.
    b. Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase.

    9. Continuous Improvement:
    a. Monitor the performance of implemented solutions/products and identify opportunities for
    optimization and enhancement.
    b. Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing
    processes/products.

    10. Risk Management:
    a. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions/products.
    b. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

    Qualifications & Experience & Skills:
     Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
     0-1 years of experience in Solution Designer/Architect
     Strong knowledge of enterprise-level software solutions, with a deep understanding of API
    design and architecture, database design, software development methodologies, and agile
    development practices
     Experience in leading and managing project teams for developing solutions that meet
    customer requirements
     Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and actively
    participate in technical meetings with clients
     Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and
    presentations Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
     Facilitation skills
     Functional and technical expertise
     Experience with developing, maintaining and propagating enterprise-wide Solutions Design
    principles, standards, and processes is required / will be preferred.
     Good decision making, organized and customer-oriented
     Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

     Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
     Exceptional ability to position and sell solutions that are reasonable, actionable, and cost effective, including the ability to properly gauge the requirements and plug the appropriate solution.
     People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations
     Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as
    process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams
     Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
