- Manage daily operations of the IT department and Day to Day Local L1 IT support of Bangalore location.
- Taking care of new user assets, user profile configuration, and basic orientation and help train employees on its use and explanation about IT policy
- Troubleshoot for hardware, software and printer
- Managing the IT Stock Bangalore
- Submission of day to day invoices, to accounts team and Vendor coordination as well as payment follow up with Finance team.
- Asset Management, Asset transfer, Asset declaration form, incident report.
