Job Responsibilities:
* Ability to work with customers in sessions.
* Should handle VMWare operations
* Should work on troubleshooting with customers in sessions.
* Should work on OS patch fix in Windows and Linux.
* Candidates are good at documentation.
* Candidates with knowledge of security guidelines added advantage.
* Added advantage if having experience in security tool handling.
Skills:
* VMWare Knowledge with hand-on experience on vSphere server, ESXi, (VCD NSX-t, NSX-v is added advantage)
* Customer support hands-on experience in calls
* Good communication skills
* Certificates are added advantages.
* Having knowledge of public cloud (AWS, GCP, AZURE, etc) is added advantage.
* Ready to work in 24\7 shift if required
