Hiring for the SCALAR PROGRAM 2024
The Scalar Program_2024 offers graduates of the year 2020 or before, a chance to participate
in a comprehensive three-month training program that includes a steep learning curve, a
project (For example – to build an app) and tons of mock tests and evaluation.
While this is going on, the participants who display outstanding capabilities get an opportunity
to be involved in a live project, giving their careers a solid boost very early on.
Students from Computer Science
background to learn and explore the real time scenarios in a corporate environment.
We are looking for candidates who are Interested to start their career in Java/ React/ Node.js development.
The Interns shall get practical exposure to the entire software development lifecycle through
projects, assignments, research and specific POC builds.
The Interns shall be trained, guided and mentored by various Tech Leads, this Internship Program prepares them exceedingly well to contribute to technical
Projects and Programs at the Software Industry, at large.
This program shall run for a minimum duration of 3 (Three Months). During this period, the
interns shall be assigned under the mentorship of a specific Tech Lead.
They are expected to:
1. Understand their Key Deliverables right at the beginning of the program from their
Leads.
2. Plan on frequent reviews of their work with their Leads.
3. Take the initiative to learn and train continuously, especially for new tech stacks.
4. Find innovative approaches and solutions for the problem statement at hand.
5. Seek continuous feedback and improve their performance.
6. Follow the Company’s code of conduct and assimilate into the company’s culture.
ELIGIBILITY FOR THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
1. Students pursuing B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, MCA or M.Sc.(Computer Science/Information
Technology/E.& T.C.)
2. Pass out from 2019 or above batch.
3. Strong spoken English and good communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong analytical, logic and articulation skills.
6. Willing to work from Pune office.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
1. Written Test – Technical: To test the basics, logic, aptitude and analysis.
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview
Upon successful selection, the interns shall be issued an offer letter outlining the following:
1. Date of joining
2. Start date of the Internship
3. Reporting Manager
4. Reporting Location – Pune
Please Note: The aim of this program is to prepare the participants for active client
engagements, at a pace.
This program requires the participants to bring their own laptops and is unpaid until
the candidate is actively engaged with the client. with a joining CTC of
INR 3.0 Lakh to INR 3.25 Lakh. The participants are required to work from our Pune or
Hyderabad office.
AFTER COMPLETION OF THE INTERNSHIP
After successful completion of the Scalar program, the candidates shall be offered a
permanent employment with Us as a Junior Software Engineer. This offer shall be
