Job Role: AI / GenAI Engineer
Location: Pune (Kharadi)
CTC: ₹3–3.5 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

Candidate Criteria (Internship):

1. B. Tech (Computer Science) graduates with a minimum 70% aggregate throughout academics are eligible. No other degree will be considered.

2. Candidates with AI-related engineering specialization, AI certifications, or hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks will be given extra weightage.

3. Our internal team will conduct technical interviews and mentor selected candidates on the job.

4. A stipend of ₹10k/month will be paid during the internship period.

5. After 6 months of internship, shortlisted candidates will be hired into permanent roles at an average salary of ₹3–3.5 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA), depending upon individual performance.

6. Must agree to serve a 24-month Service Agreement from the date of joining as a permanent employee.

7. Permanent job offers will be given strictly to those whose performance is satisfactory during their internship period.

8. Interim evaluation will be done by our team members. The internship may be terminated at any time during the 6-month period if performance is not satisfactory.

9. Candidates must have fluent English communication skills.

10. Face-to-face interview attendance is mandatory.

11. Candidates must be willing to work from our Pune (Kharadi) office.

12. Candidates should be ready to travel and relocate to the office location.

Candidate Criteria (Freshers):

1. B.Tech (Computer Science) graduates with a minimum 70% aggregate throughout academics are eligible. No other degree will be considered.

2. Candidates with specialized knowledge in Gen AI applications (including Multi-Agent frameworks and Tool Calling) or relevant AI certifications will carry extra weightage.

3. Must agree to serve a 24-month Service Agreement starting from the date of joining.

4. The salary band for freshers is between ₹3 Lakh – ₹3.5 Lakh Per Annum (LPA).

5. Candidates must have fluent English communication skills.

6. Face-to-face interview attendance is mandatory.

7. Candidates must be willing to work from our Pune (Kharadi) office.

8. Candidates should be open to travel and be willing to relocate to our office location.
