Experience Required: 0-1 Year Selection Process: 1. Online Aptitude Test 2. Written test of students shortlisted from the first round. 3. Product Testing. 4. HR Interview.
Requirements
- ME, B. Tech, BE, MCA, M.Sc. All Branches 2023, 2024 and 2025 batch only. – No criteria for 10th and 12th. Aggregate 55% till date in ME, B. Tech, BE, MCA, M.Sc. All Branches.
- Selected candidates will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement. In the event of failure to complete the 2 years of service, Webtech Developers retains the right to recover the employee training cost of Rs.90,000. No advance training fees, or amount will be asked. The stipend for the first two months of training will be retained and returned upon successful completion of the 2-year service term. The 2 years is counted from the day you start as a trainee.

Skills
The selection process emphasizes testing basics, scenario-based problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective
team communication. Candidates should be comfortable working with Windows systems, have familiarity with
the efficient use of AI tools in testing, and demonstrate the ability to research competitor products to gain quality
insights.
Training is of 6 Months, and stipend will be Rs. 15,000/- per month during Training. After completing
the Training, the candidate will be recruited by the company as Associate QA Tester and Package will be
revised to 3.5 Lacs PA.
