Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AWS DevOps Intern to support our cloud infrastructure initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring DevOps professionals to gain hands-on experience in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining AWS infrastructure components.
• Perform basic configuration and file management tasks on Amazon S3.
• Support in creating and managing IAM users, roles, and policies.
• Help manage Amazon RDS setup, access configurations, and ensure security best practices.
• Launch and maintain EC2 instances, perform SSH access, and manage basic instance configurations.
• Work with AWS Certificate Manager to request, configure, and manage SSL/TLS certificates.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud operations.
• Document standard operating procedures and assist in maintaining infrastructure documentation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of core AWS services (S3, EC2, IAM, RDS, ACM).
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and command-line tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
