Responsibilities
- * CI/CD Support: Assist in building, maintaining, and monitoring basic Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- * Automation & Scripting: Write basic scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine system administration and deployment tasks.
- * Cloud & Container Management: Assist with managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and packaging applications using Docker containers.
- * Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Set up and monitor system performance, application logs, and alerts using tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
- * Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and QA teams to resolve deployment issues and ensure smooth releases.
Skills
* Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls).
* Technical Stack: Familiarity with Git version control, Docker, and basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts (Terraform or Ansible).
* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and good communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
