Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and a strong understanding of Salesforce applications, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using
• Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
• • Execute Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing to validate Salesforce implementations.
• • Develop and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• • Validate business processes within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• • Analyse business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software
• development lifecycle.
• • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• • Ensure quality standards are met by performing thorough test execution and reporting test
• results.
• • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
• related field.
• • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
• • Hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
• • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• • Experience in designing and maintaining automation testing frameworks.
• • Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing methodologies.
• • Familiarity with defect management and test lifecycle processes.
• • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• • Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
