Responsibilities

• 1. Undergo structured Salesforce training
• 2. Work on Salesforce customization and development (Apex, LWC, Integrations)
• 3. Develop and maintain scalable applications
• 4. Participate in code reviews and testing
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live projects

Requirements

• 1. Graduation Year: 2022 or earlier pass-outs only
• 2. Any Graduate (Preferably B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc – IT/CS background)
• 3. Must have training or hands-on knowledge in Java, Python, or any programming language
• 4. Good understanding of OOPS concepts and coding fundamentals
• 5. Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• 6. Willing to commit to a 2-year service agreement
• 1. Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of professional Salesforce training
• 2. During training period, a stipend of ₹10,000 per month will be provided
• 3. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be offered a full-time position with 4 LPA CTC
• 4. Candidates must sign a 2-year service agreement (bond) after selection
